Hello Friends!

I am very excited to have a new site for WFA, a new way to interact with those who love art, who enjoy the gallery already and those who are new to us! I will be posting regularly here thoughts about various themes in the world of art, its relevance to our lives (or not) and little tidbits you may find interesting. Please feel free to post a comment - I look forward to dialoguing with you… WFA has many cool things coming up and I hope you will be a part of it! So take a look around the site - check out a brand new feature “In the Artist’s Studio,” which is a chance to hear straight from the artists about their work. Our first is an interview with Lizbeth Mitty, who currently has a solo show running through May 4th.  I very pleased to introduce Mary Soliwoda as a contributing writer to this column, so be sure to look for her posts. We also have an “Around Town” section that gives a peek into the Windham community that hosts our fine gallery. As I notice cool stuff going on, I will let you know here… Well, that’s probably enough intro… I’ll let you poke around and we will chat soon!
