A very interesting and unique exhibit opened at Gallery on Main, with an Opening Reception on May 28. Showcasing four artists who express their talents and visions through the camera, the show offers a change of pace for the Gallery. Since the Gallery opened 12 years ago, traditional paintings have been their focus. This show features artists Susan Copich, William Deane, Gary Dodson, Michael Toole and Ayami Zurek. Susan Copich’s Domestic Bliss series draws people in to look, reflect, snicker, and smile. Her latest film, “The Cup Cake” is showcased. Ayami Zurek offered us local images on aluminum, while Michael Toole invites us to take an industrial look at the world. Bill Dean soothes our souls with landscapes close and far, and Gary Dodson helps us see beauty in cast-offs and objects in transition.
