Thomas Paquette "Esterel" oil on canvas 9" x 10"

We are delighted to present a solo exhibit titled  “The Landscapes of Thomas Paquette: Journeys in Color.” The Opening Reception with this incomparable artist is Saturday, January 30th, 5-8pm. These works are at once beautiful exhibitions of places and spirited explorations of the palette. Works in both oil and gouache are presented. To quote Paquette, “The different mediums allow me to have interesting dialogues with paint: where they (the works) will go is partly up to the paint.” Is Paquette exploring the landscape, his palette or his own interior? Must he choose one path? For he pursues all three while creating beautifully rendered landscapes… Do come into the gallery and see these wonderful paintings, meet the artist and enjoy some refreshment!
