Windham Fine Arts is proud to bring the Annual Plein Air Event to the community for the sixth consecutive year! This year’s exhibition features mountaintop views, rendering the natural wonders of the “Land in the Sky”…
This event has a little bit of something for everyone who enjoys the mountaintop and all it has to offer. Art connoisseurs and appreciators will have an opportunity to view new works by many of the gallery’s familiar landscape artists - James Coe’s masterful impressionist paintings, Kim Do’s cheerful, often humorous canvases, Mara Lehman’s brilliant Catskill pallette, along with many other works! And perhaps there might even be a new artist or two treating us to a fresh, new outlook on familiar views. The more adventurous may trek into forest trails surrounding the mountaintop to find that perfect picture of the vistas, ranges and valleys surrounding the town of Windham. Others will treat us to views of the fields, streams and cloves that typify the scenes enjoyed along the meandering country roads.
As is the tradition here at WFA, the exhibition will open with a barbeque and cocktail reception at the gallery on opening day, July 3. Come by the gallery for some beverages, grab a burger (or two!) and chat with our artists about the new work, painted fresh just for us! But wait there’s more - you will also enjoy an encore performance by Boston-based singer/songwriters “The Anymen”. These up-and comers are quite a talent!
“Land in the Sky” will be on display from July 3 to August 1. Opening Reception Sat, July 3, 3 to 6 pm.

Can you give me the price of James Coe’s “Summer Clouds over Windham” or let me know if it has been sold, Thanks very much.
